NovaHost Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing or using NovaHost's services (the "Services"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
2. Eligibility
   You must be at least 13 years old to use NovaHost. If you are under the legal age in your country, you must have your parent’s or guardian’s permission.
3. Account Registration
   When you create an account on NovaHost, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:
   • Your username
   • Email address
   • Phone number
   • Physical address
   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. NovaHost is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
4. Payments
   We currently accept the following payment methods:
   • Credit/debit cards
   • Cryptocurrency (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.)
   All payments must be made in full before services are rendered. Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination.
   We do not store full credit card or crypto wallet information. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
5. Use of Services
   You agree not to use NovaHost’s services for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity, including but not limited to:
   • Hosting malicious bots
   • Sending spam or unauthorized messages
   • Performing DDoS attacks
   • Running cryptocurrency mining
   • Violating Discord’s Terms of Service or other platform rules
   NovaHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account involved in suspicious or harmful activity.
6. Service Availability
   While we strive for 24/7 uptime and performance, we do not guarantee that our services will always be available without interruption. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.
7. Refund Policy
   Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are final and non-refundable. We may, in some rare cases, provide refunds at our sole discretion.
8. Modifications
   NovaHost reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Termination
   You may cancel your account at any time. NovaHost also reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms or abuse our platform.
